Our Light package offers up to 2 extensions, Virtual Receptionist, BLF, Call Parking, Voicemail and iOS & Android Apps with 4 Simultaneous Calls
Our Standard package includes all of the basic features plus up to 10 extensions, Direct Dial, Web Conferencing, Windows Desktop App and up to 8 Simultaneous Calls
Our Advanced plan adds support for up to 16 Simultaneous Calls* and unlimited extensions, IVRs, Groups and BLFs.
*Advanced Plan requires an additional annual subscription of £385.00

How long does it take to setup?
If you are a new business without a phone number, getting everything ready takes only a matter of hours. We can help get you setup with a new phone number, this can take a couple of days to activate and register.
If you are an existing business with a phone number using PSTN your number will need to be ported from your current provider (BT, TalkTalk, EE) to our Trunk Provider. This can take a little while, sometimes up to a month. Whilst we wait, we can get you setup with our Cloud System so you can see how everything works.
Can I pay using AMEX?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards, including AMEX, so rack up those points!
Are Cloud Phone Systems Cost Effective?
Yes! Cloud Phone Systems are some of the most Cost Effective and Environmentally Friendly compared to On-Premise systems. With our Cloud Phone System most clients see a reduction in their phone bill by up to 80%. Traditional ISDN lines are expensive don't represent value for money. Is there a minimum contract term?
No! The beauty of our services are that you can cancel anytime you need to. To cancel your services please contact our team who will be able to get everything sorted for you. We don't charge cancellation fees, we don't believe you should be charged to make a change, if our services no longer meet your requirements we hope you speak to our team and see if there is something we can offer that is more suitable.

Yes, our Cloud Phone System provider includes the latest firewall security along with offering Secure SIP. This encrypts your calls so no one unauthorised can listen in*
